Looking Ahead

looking ahead

SWERA firmly believes that thinking of development without adopting a holistic approach would be big mistake hence; it is all set to continue its different initiatives in future as well, with enhanced concentration on livelihoods development.

In the area of Women Empowerment and Livelihood Development, SWERA is desirous of taking up different training programmes for people with special focus on women to build their capacities and to enable them in exploring new avenues of income generation.

Promotional efforts of goat rearing will be further intensified to support people's livelihoods.

In the area of Natural Resource Management, the organisation will continue its ongoing endeavours with increased intensity. Once again, mainstay of its interventions would remain 'Promotion of Bio-diversity'.

In case of Health Programme, Reproductive Child Health and promotion of institutional deliveries would receive equal attention but problem of 'Malnourishment among women and Children' will be placed at upper most priority level to be deal with.

If funds don't evolve as a constraint, SWERA is highly desirous of making a documentary, depicting its determined interventions in the field and their bearings on the lives of people.
